Depending on your needs and situation, I might recommend teas, tinctures, food-based approaches, supplements, topical oils, or other herbal preparations. I favor gentle, sustainable, and accessible options, and I always have an eye towards your comfort level and budget.

You can purchase herbs online from a supplier—I provide links in my follow-up information. Alternatively, we can place an order at my local compounding apothecary, and they will ship your custom formulas to you.

My rates are $150/session. After your initial session, I also offer discounted rates for 3-session ($400) and 5-session ($600) packages.
